Oodles of black and white Art.....

When I see a  bunch of black and white photos in a persons home, especially if they are older pictures of families or their old houses, it immediately transports me to another time. I love the history and the stories to be told....its so comforting. I also love when those photos are then placed in different sized frames and hung on the wall, in an organised, slightly off center way or just leaning against one another......an then mixed with a few pieces of black and white art, it gives it that modern edge! Also if that's too much for you, put a bunch of photos in a large bowl on your coffee table, I have done this and its a great conversation starter!
Now here is where I go on a bit of a rampage...I cannot stand it when I go into someones home and there are NO family pictures in sight! Come on people! How modern and "clean" do you want to live that even a picture of your family is "messy"!?  I say, surround yourself with the memories and ones you love, its such a precious and beautiful thing to have a family (most of the time-HA!) So show it off! Just sayin'!!....Take a look at some of these ways to hang and display your black and white pictures....
