The Allurance of BLACK-Part 2-Bedrooms.....

Since my post on the use of black in the home....seen here.... http://www.blogger.com/blogger.g?blogID=316365498487827339#editor/target=post;postID=3105287510584962725 I've come across a few more black BEDROOMS, gotta love a black bedroom, so cozy and dark for sleeping. I like to switch up my bedroom each season- I'll do a throw and some pillows with some black in it, or in the case of last winter, a black wall, which also looked amazing with the white I switched out to this summer! Here's a couple photos of MY bedroom:

Kelly Wearstler is an amazing interior and fashion designer, if you don't live under a rock, I'm sure you've heard of her!! I absolutely adore everything she puts her hand to.
Her blog...http://myvibemylife.com/   is full of sculpture, color, texture, and fashion, and inspires me all the time to take a risk and go with my gut in decorating AND fashion. That doesn't mean going overboard but even if its just that one little thing that makes you go Hmmm, interesting....Do it! Cozy Weekend Reading....

I absolutely love reading outdoors, especially with an amazing book! There's just something about the fresh air and sun that makes the book that much better.....With the Memorial day long weekend coming up, I wanted to share some of the latest books I've read, in case you want to curl up with one! Happy Hump day everyone!!
Take a look at Jonathan Adlers very colorful home!! I am not a huge one to have a ton of color myself, I am more partial to blacks, whites and neutrals then adding a pop of color if I feel the urge. Living Room Love.....

I have to say, out of all the rooms in the house, I love to decorate the living room the most. I guess its because we spend the most time there as a family and its needed for so many purposes. I like my living room to be super cozy, and inviting, adaptable to kids but still beautiful and accessorised. Here's a few photos I found that make me want to get decorating my new living room so bad!!
